We are a growing Brewery seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Food Preparation: Set up and stock cooking stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients. Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and measuring as per recipes. Cook menu items using various methods such as grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring all items meet the restaurant's specifications. Adjust cooking techniques and times to maintain consistency and quality. Plate and garnish dishes attractively before serving.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly. Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Communicate effectively with servers and other team members to coordinate orders. Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
• Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Adhere to portion control and recipe specifications. Comply with all health and safety regulations.
