ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER & OFFICE MANAGER
Full Time In Office
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Assistant to the Founder and Office Manager to support the day to day needs of our Founder and keep our office running smoothly and intentionally.
This role is first and foremost about protecting the Founder's time and focus. You will also own office operations, team culture logistics, and in office support for social media content creation. This is a great role for someone who loves organization, follows through without being asked, and takes pride in creating calm, well run environments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Founder Support
Manage and protect the Founder's calendar, email flow, and priorities
Anticipate needs, track details, and close loops before they become problems
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, reminders, and materials
Assist with travel, events, deadlines, and special projects
Support in office recording of social media content by filming and setup
Office Management
Keep the office clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming
Manage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and shared spaces within budget
Oversee cleaning, maintenance, mail, shipping, and plant care
Manage the team calendar and conference room scheduling
Team Culture and Gifting
Plan office celebrations, birthdays, holidays, and team events
Organize food for meetings and special occasions
Coordinate client, vendor, and referral gifting in an organized, timely way
Systems and Organization
Create simple systems and checklists for recurring tasks
Keep calendars, files, and office workflows highly organized
Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce friction for the Founder and team

REQUIREMENTS
This is an in office position in Twin Falls
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable filming short form video on a phone
Ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and confidence
