  5. Operational Systems & Process Improvement

  6. Build and refine repeatable processes (field operations, project controls, handoffs, reporting, etc.).

  7. Standardize workflows to reduce variability and rework.
  8. Track KPIs and operational metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce waste.

  9. Team Leadership & Development

  17. Shop & Maintenance Oversight

  18. Oversee shop operations, including equipment storage, tooling, fabrication support, inventory management, and shop workflow.

  19. Supervise the maintenance program for all equipment, vehicles, and tools—ensuring assets are serviced, safe, and ready for deployment.
  20. Drive preventive maintenance schedules and track equipment usage, uptime, and lifecycle costs.
  21. Ensure efficient logistics for equipment dispatching, returns, repairs, and asset tracking.
  22. Uphold safety standards, documentation, and organizational discipline within all shop and maintenance operations.

  23. Safety & Compliance

  24. Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  25. Review incident reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented with integrity.

  26. Growth Enablement

  27. Build scalable operational systems that prepare the company for increased volume.
