We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can confidently lead teams, manage daily operations, and support staff growth in a child-centered environment.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and program quality. This position requires a professional, flexible, and patient leader who can work independently, manage people effectively, and uphold organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across programs and locations
- Directly manage, support, and mentor staff and supervisors
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and scheduling
- Address attendance concerns and ensure accountability
- Conduct disciplinary actions when necessary, including proper documentation
- Ensure programs meet safety, quality, and organizational standards
- Communicate professionally with staff, families, schools, and leadership
- Identify operational challenges and implement creative, effective solutions
- Foster a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented team culture
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of direct management or leadership experience
- Must be at least 18yrs old, able to pass a background check and drug test
- Prior experience overseeing attendance and disciplinary actions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable
- Patient, understanding, and emotionally intelligent
- Flexible schedule and ability to adjust to program needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
