We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can confidently lead teams, manage daily operations, and support staff growth in a child-centered environment.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and program quality. This position requires a professional, flexible, and patient leader who can work independently, manage people effectively, and uphold organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across programs and locations
  • Directly manage, support, and mentor staff and supervisors
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and scheduling
  • Address attendance concerns and ensure accountability
  • Conduct disciplinary actions when necessary, including proper documentation
  • Ensure programs meet safety, quality, and organizational standards
  • Communicate professionally with staff, families, schools, and leadership
  • Identify operational challenges and implement creative, effective solutions
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented team culture

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct management or leadership experience
  • Must be at least 18yrs old, able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Prior experience overseeing attendance and disciplinary actions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Professional, dependable, and adaptable
  • Patient, understanding, and emotionally intelligent
  • Flexible schedule and ability to adjust to program needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
