About the job:
Kent is looking for a Network Architect & Data Analytics Specialist who combines deep expertise in wireless telecom (4G/5G) and IP networking with advanced data analytics and machine learning capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing remote management and monitoring systems for next-generation wireless and IP networks, while actively contributing to day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively bridge network engineering with data intelligence to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation.

Data Analytics & Network Intelligence
• Develop and implement Python, SQL /R scripts for automated data extraction, processing, and real-time analytics in client-server environments.
• Transform raw network data into executive-level reports and strategic recommendations that connect technical metrics to business outcomes.
• Create automated and interactive performance dashboards tracking KPIs such as latency, throughput, and network availability.

Network Architecture & Automation
• Design and implement remote management and monitoring systems for next-generation wireless and IP networks
• Develop and deploy automation frameworks using Python, LLMs, and scripting tools to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and minimize errors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including HLD/LLD and network design specifications.

Network Optimization & Visualization
• Create and interpret RF heat maps to identify coverage gaps, interference zones, and signal leakage.
• Generate dynamic visualizations of user density, traffic patterns, and network performance using tools such as Power BI, or custom platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis using data-driven methodologies to resolve network performance issues and optimize infrastructure.

Strategic Leadership & Project Delivery
• Lead network migration, cutover, and integration projects
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and training.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
• Relevant certifications in networking (CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+) or analytics (Data Analyst Professional, PCPP).
• Vendor-specific training or certification with Nokia (e.g., Nokia, AVI) or other vendors (Ericsson, Cisco).
• Experience with backhaul maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in live network environments.
• Knowledge of virtualization, cloud platforms , and automation frameworks applied to telecom networks.
Communication:
• Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
