Customer Service/Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our vape shop team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, working independently, and showing up consistently. You will be the face of our store, providing knowledgeable, respectful service in a professional retail environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time: approximately 10 hours per week
• Pay: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Answer customer questions and make product recommendations
• Process sales accurately using a POS system and handle cash
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Restock products and assist with inventory as needed
• Follow all store policies and age-verification requirements
• Provide basic product explanations (training provided)
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled
• Demonstrate punctuality, accountability, and consistency in attendance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Supreme reliability — punctual, dependable, and responsible
• Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts
• Retail or sales experience is an asset but not required
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Knowledge of vaping products is a plus but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate
