The position: Decal Removal Coordinator / Detailer

Location: Innisfil, Ontario

Reporting to: Auction Yard Manager

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm, including overtime and scheduled Saturdays.

The Job

The Decal Removal Coordinator/Detailer provides a unique service to our large customer base. Many of our consigned vehicles arrive for auction with company decals affixed. As a full remarketing facility, we provide the service of removing these decals, detailing the vehicles, and data capturing them for online auctions and advertising. Key customers that this role would be servicing include The Province of Ontario, City of Toronto and Hydro One. This position is the key point person for this service.

The Person:

Essential Requirements

• Clean Drivers Abstract with minimal Full "G" Licence.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and being calm under the exciting yet pressure filled auction environment.
• Bring professionalism to the external operations by actions, appearance, and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically Capable to perform the required duties of removing decals and detailing vehicles.
• Ability to use smart phones and mobile applications to prepare vehicles for online auctions.
• Work well within a team atmosphere and ensure you are courteous to fellow employees.

Vacation Days:

• 2 weeks paid vacation days after 1 year in employment.
