We're seeking an E-commerce Specialist to make our online store as fun and engaging as the games we sell If you're organized, tech-savvy, and excited to work in a playful, fast-paced environment, this could be your next adventure.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain the WooCommerce platform, including product uploads, pricing updates, inventory syncing, and plugin integrations
  • Assist with NetSuite workflows related to e-commerce, including order management, inventory updates, and reporting
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot errors, and collaborate with developers for technical solutions
  • Support marketing campaigns by helping launch promotions, banners, and seasonal initiatives online
  • Track sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment coordination, including customer communication when needed
  • Implement SEO best practices and optimize product pages for visibility and discoverability
  • Maintain compliance with tax, shipping, and privacy regulations
  • Provide daily or weekly updates on e-commerce activities to the team

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience managing WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of WordPress, plugins, and integrations (payment gateways, shipping modules)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or email marketing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with Canadian retail compliance is a plus
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
