Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining efficient office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organizationManage appointment scheduling and calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management duties
  • Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed

Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and data entry processes essenti
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management is advantageous

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
