GIA Property Management is a rapidly growing boutique condominium management firm serving corporations across the GTA. We are focused on exceptional service delivery, strong governance, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager with a CMRAO General Licence to independently manage a portfolio of condominium clients and elevate client satisfaction.

  • Other Duties - Perform any other duties reasonably required or customarily performed by a condominium property manager in a similar industry role.

Education

  • Associate's Degree, field related to real estate (nice to have)
  • Bachelor's Degree, field related to real estate (nice to have)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) (must have)
  • Completed All CMRAO General License Educational Requirements (must have)

Qualification

  • CMRAO General License {MUST HAVE}

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act, CMRAO regulatory requirements, and condominium governing documents, with the ability to apply them in real-world board and owner situations
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with Boards of Directors, chair meetings confidently, manage difficult conversations, and maintain professional, trust-based relationships.
  • Demonstrated capability to prepare, interpret, and manage operating budgets, financial statements, reserve fund considerations, and cost controls for condominium corporations.
  • Ability to independently manage a multi-site condominium portfolio with minimal supervision, including prioritization, issue resolution, and deadline management.
  • Experience coordinating capital repairs, tendering processes, contractor selection, and project oversight for condominium corporations.
  • Practical experience handling owner disputes, rule enforcement, compliance issues, and escalations in a calm, professional, and defensible manner.
  • Experience with condominium management software (e.g., Buildium or similar), digital workflows, and document management systems.
  • Experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding junior staff, administrators, or assistants, even if not in a formal supervisory role.
  • Strong mastery of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point

Compensation

$70,000-$85,000 Per Year
