PAM is now seeking to hire a Property Manager to add to our amazing team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to tenant concerns quickly and help resolve issues.
- Handle basic administrative and compliance tasks to ensure residents follow lease and house rules.
- Keep the property clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
- Manage rent collection, check for any late accounts, and follow up as needed.
- Oversee unit turns and coordinate with Maintenance on move-outs and readying apartments.
- Monitor building occupancy and maintain the waitlist.
- Coordinate with city, state, and federal partners during visits or inspections.
- Support daily operations, communicate any issues, and follow company policies
- Work with Asset Management and contractors on property upgrades.
- Ensure maintenance responds to and completes service requests promptly.
Qualifications:
- 3 years Property Manager experience.
- 2 years HUD experience preferred.
- Must be organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in Affordable Housing / Housing Programs and Subsidies preferred.
- Positive attitude and focused on resident satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in using One Site/Real Page preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperative with a team.
- Establish and maintain a working atmosphere among team.
- Spanish speaking required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
