Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
- Collaborate with, production, and sales teams to gather necessary information for cost calculations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare and present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project costs and adjust estimates as necessary.
- Provide support in negotiations with clients and vendors.
- Review and improve estimation processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
