Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide custodial services in both residential and commercial settings.
• Assist with light cooking duties when required, ensuring kitchen areas are clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues.
• Ability to lift and move items as necessary for cleaning tasks.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
