Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with special events and large party bookings
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure exceptional service throughout the dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and point-of-sale software
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant
