Your Duties:

As a Service Technician Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and resolving issues with garage doors and associated equipment on-site.
• Advising customers on repair options and ways to prevent future problems.
• Utilizing our proven model to sell services, repairs, and new equipment.
• Managing inventory and equipment in your provided vehicle.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills is a plus (not required).
• Ability to independently lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets and hand tools.
