A Successful Inside Sales Representative Candidate Must Have: One to three years’ experience in inside sales, sales, or customer service A high school diploma or GED Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage sales pipelines, track orders, and maintain customer data efficiently. Understanding of construction, building materials, or fencing products to better support customer needs and provide informed product recommendations.
