We're Hiring: Business Analyst (W2 Only | US Citizens/GC Holders Only)

We're looking for a
Business Analyst
to join a long-term engagement with a
leading financial services organization
(client name confidential). This role sits at the heart of large-scale digital customer solutions, helping shape experiences that drive financial planning, investing, and retirement success.

Role Overview

You'll work in an Agile team to gather and clarify business requirements, assess current vs. future state journeys, and drive process improvements across client reporting and analytics. You'll translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements while partnering closely with product, tech, legal, compliance, and risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define
  epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
  story refinement, sprint demos, etc.
• Drive requirement gathering and ensure alignment across stakeholders/SMEs
• Support
  end-to-end business acceptance testing
  with full traceability
• Perform workflow design, data analysis, visualization, and impact assessment
• Identify, document, and escalate risks/issues clearly and early

Required Skills

3–5 years of Business Analyst experience (Agile environment preferred)

Strong experience defining epics, user stories, refinement sessions, and sprint demos

Excellent written & verbal communication with SMEs and business partners

Defined Contribution plans experience (401k programs)

Workflow design + data analysis + data visualization + impact analysis

Understanding of
data flow, ETL processes, and API integrations

Bachelor's degree preferred

Engagement Details

Location:
Covington, KY (local preferred; relocation open)

Duration:
12 months

Work Model:
Hybrid — onsite every other week (5 days/week during onsite)

Rate:
Up to
$50/hr on W2

Pre-interview technical assessment required

Background check, credit check & drug screening part of onboarding
