Role Description

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team full-time at our on-site location in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing engineering projects from start to finish, leading and mentoring a team of engineers, integrating innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. The Engineering Manager will play a key role in driving technical excellence, ensuring successful implementations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership with a focus on fostering collaboration and team development
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to work across various tools and platforms
• Strong Project Management skills, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce or related industries is a plus
• Proven ability to manage and scale teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
