Construction Crew Member

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in construction and willing to learn on the job. The Construction Laborer will perform various physical tasks to support the completion of construction projects while adhering to safety standards.

• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians with on-site tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Perform basic measurements and assist in layout and assembly of structures.
• Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support team members in tasks such as mixing concrete, assembling scaffolding, and digging trenches.
• Maintain equipment and tools by cleaning and storing them properly after use.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation required
• Willing to Travel required
• Ability to pass Background and Drug Screening
