SUMMARY

This internship is for the Mechanical Engineering student looking for a blend of CAD design work and hands on troubleshooting of modern packaging equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work Safely in an Industrial environment.
  • Become proficient with Creo 3D modeling software.
  • Update CAD models and documentation to reflect current configurations.
  • Work alongside engineers to facilitate completion of design projects.
  • Work alongside machinists and assembly technicians to resolve issues encountered during equipment builds.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, machinists, and assembly technicians.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Current mechanical engineering undergraduate student. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams a plus.
