First Shift Delivery Driver - 3:00 AM Start Time

Summary

We are seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our team at Alliance Courier. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages to various locations while providing excellent customer service. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Schedule: Full time Hourly position Tuesday through Saturday with a start time of 3:00 AM.

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Load and unload packages efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Required knowledge of mobile device and scanner usage for receive, load and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in commercial driving or courier services preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is a plus.
