LPN Responsibilities Include:

• Providing essential hands-on care such as taking vitals, administering medications, and recording health histories
• Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Communicating with residents, families, and the care team about changes in health or behavior
• Monitoring residents' health status and reporting needs to nursing leadership or providers
• Educating residents and families on treatments, medications, and care plans
• Applying and changing bandages to support healing
• Aiding residents with mobility and transfers
• Maintaining accurate, confidential medical records
