Commercial B2B prospects and customers while marketing the Wilsonart brand to them and influencing their purchases and decisions./ppSuccessful candidates must reside in the territory, be able to work out of their home office, and call on customers (daily) throughout their assigned territory./ppSell Wilsonart by building and cultivating solid relationships:/pp Develop and maintain mutually beneficial working business relationships with kitchen and bath dealers, builders, remodelers, quartz
solid surface fabricators, home centers, installers, and key accounts in assigned territory/pp Actively be involved in related industry associations, such as the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and network to drive sales/ppSell Wilsonart by effectively servicing local business partners:/pp Proactively plan and schedule sales calls/pp Ensure market development to maximize sales within the market by developing quarterly and annual territory sales plans to direct efforts and calibrate progress/pp Accurately collect and update customer and project information through CRM on a daily basis/pp Maintain a high level of business, financial and industry expertise so you can advise clients effectively in ways that benefit both their business and Wilsonart/pp Collaborate with Sales
Specification Reps in this and other markets in regards to active prospects and projects/pp Provide samples for specific projects and update clients with all Wilsonart designs, marketing materials, and contact information/ppPromote Wilsonart by educating on and representing the brand and product:/pp Present product knowledge materials to business partners, fabricators, KB, Remodelers, home centers, installers and both Single-
Multi-Family Home Builders/pp Effectively educate them on product attributes and differentiators/pp Help them understand the value, quality, and history of the brand/pp Understand all sales and marketing programs and materials so you can present them to the customers/pp Proactively be an expert in industry standards and regulatory codes, always aware of changes happening in the marketplace/pp Actively use all social media channels Wilsonart participates in to promote the brand and product/ppSell Wilsonart through a continual organized and professional presence in the local market:/pp Be available to meet with customers daily, and at events (i.e. Wilsonart or industry-sponsored), sometimes outside normal business hours/pp Travel within an established territory to build and continue relationships with new and existing customers/pp Maintain business expense receipts and submit expense reports for reimbursement on a timely basis/ppRequirements:/pp Experience in the decorative surfaces industry/pp Previous B2B Sales experience/pp Strong business knowledge and financial acumen/pp Proven track record of being customer-focused with a professional demeanor/pp Ability to build strong professional relationships and proven track records of sales/pp Excellent communication and presentation skills/pp Superior organizational and follow-up skills/pp Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/pp Entrepreneurial mindset/pp Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility/pp Must be able to work out of their home as needed/pp Must hold a valid Drivers License/ppMinimum Requirements:/ppEducation: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field.
