divh2Sales Development Representative/h2pWolf is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing and well-established national Top 100 CPA firm. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Wolfs three (3) lines of service; Assurance, Tax, and Advisory Group including Wolfs Cyber professional services. Daily, you will procure or create targeted lists fitting our client profile and contact individuals on these lists in a number of ways, ultimately with the goal of identifying and qualifying warm or hot leads to be passed along to the senior sales team. The Sales Development Representative is a member of the business development team in the Boston office, and reports to the Director of Business Development, with additional supervision provided by the Senior BD Reps and niche leaders. This position is a full-time, year-round position, and would suit an individual who has demonstrated success in lead generation and is ready to advance their sales career in professional and related services./ppCandidates should be located within commuting range to downtown Boston and able to be in the office during weekly required meetings, quarterly planning, and special events. This is a remote role./ph2Responsibilities/h2pResearch (30%)/pulliResearch and develop target lists for multiple service offerings/liliConduct in-depth research on high-value targets as directed and required/liliReview newsreels and other sources to continually add new targets to the database/liliUse Wolf Tech stack of Salesforce, Pardot, and Zoom info to create Niche based campaigns/li/ulpLead Generation
Qualification (70%)/pulliConduct targeted outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other methods to generate and qualify leads/liliQualify prospects to determine fit and readiness for Wolfs services/liliSchedule qualified meetings and demos for senior sales team members/liliRecord all activities in Salesforce CRM/liliProvide regular updates and reports to Director of Business Development on all activities/liliLiaise with colleagues to expand knowledge of potential service offerings and intelligence on desired targets/li/ulpSpecial Projects/pulliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliBachelors degree/lili0-2 years of inside sales or lead generation experience desired/liliProven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification/liliKnowledge of Audit/Tax/IT/Cyber services desired but not required/liliSolid business and sales knowledge/liliStrong listening/comprehension and qualification skills/liliAbility to build rapport quickly and identify prospect needs/liliAbility to stay composed and objective/liliConversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliProven ability in web-based research/liliExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail/liliAbility to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignments/liliProven record of projecting a professional image/liliAbility to work effectively with diverse personalities; tactful, mature and flexible/liliExperience with LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach.io and Salesforce CRM preferred/li/ulh2Additional Information/h2pWolf

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
