Job Overview

We are seeking a
Frontend Lead
with strong technical depth and proven leadership experience to design, build, and scale highly performant frontend applications. In this role, you will lead frontend architecture and delivery across new and existing products,working closely with engineering, product, UX, and platform teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the
  design, architecture, and delivery
  of high-quality, scalable frontendsolutions aligned with a microservices-based backend.
• Own frontend technical direction, including
  framework standards, component libraries, performance optimization, and security best practices
  .
• Act as a
  technical mentorand coach
  forfrontend engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
• Partner closely with ProductManagers, UX Designers, and Backend Leadsto translate business requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Drive
  sprint planning,estimation, and deliverycommitments
  , ensuring predictable and high- quality releases.
• Participate activelyin
  technical and architectural discussions
  , influencing long-term frontend strategy.
• Ensure frontend applications meet high standardsfor
  performance, accessibility, reliability, and security
  .
• Oversee and improve
  automated testingstrategies
  , including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Continuously improvethe existing codebasethrough refactoring, performance tuning, and modernization initiatives.
• Support hiring activities, technical interviews, and onboarding of frontend engineers as the team grows.

Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of experience
  in frontend or web application development using Agile methodologies.
• Strong expertise in
  JavaScript
  and modern frontend frameworks such as
  React or
  .
• Proven experience leading frontend teams or acting as a
  technical lead
  on complex products.
• Hands-on experience integrating and consuming
  REST APIs
  .
• Strong understanding of frontendarchitecture, state management, and component-driven development.
• Experience workingwith
  CI/CD pipelines
  , automated builds, and deployment workflows.
• Proficiency with
  GitHub
  orsimilar code repositories.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with
  UX designersand Product Owners
  to deliverhigh- quality user experiences.
• Strong experience implementing
  automated testing
  (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a
  fast-paced, customer-centric
  environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
