Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Stage orders for outgoing shipment, ensuring proper labeling and routing.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as required.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and wear designated PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for entire shift.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, such as RF scanners.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and using PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
