About
We have an immediate opening for a diligent Receiving Clerk at our Madison, Wisconsin warehouse. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing the inbound flow of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from the moment a shipment arrives. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying incoming merchandise against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and accurately entering received data into our inventory system. This role is foundational to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our inventory is always precise and readily available. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient receiving area. This role may require some physical exertion, including occasional Lifting of up to 40 lbs. A strong commitment to Safety is non-negotiable; you must consistently follow all warehouse safety protocols and wear the required PPE at all times. Proficiency with basic computer systems and excellent organizational skills are necessary. Previous experience in receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
