As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our **Logistics** operations and requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. You will work in a dynamic environment and must be committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. **Safety** is our top priority, and you will be expected to adhere to all established safety protocols and wear the required **PPE**. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, capable of performing tasks involving **Lifting** and moving merchandise, and who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines and utilize required **PPE**.
- Support overall warehouse **Logistics** through effective material handling.
- Perform **Lifting** of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Commitment to workplace **Safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **Logistics**.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
