About
We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is critical for the efficient movement of goods within our facility, supporting our extensive Logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification and a proven track record of safe operation. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload materials, move inventory within the warehouse, and assist with order fulfillment. Attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key duties include inspecting the forklift before use, transporting materials to and from production and storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow. Maintaining a safe and organized work area is a top priority. All operators must wear appropriate PPE and follow all company Safety guidelines. This role requires the ability to handle Lifting of heavy items, often in excess of 50 lbs, using the forklift. A commitment to operational excellence in our Logistics hub is expected. Safety is our number one concern, and we expect all team members to contribute to a secure working environment.
