We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee our warehouse operations in Provo, Utah. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious team.
  • Manage inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Plan and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of all trucks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to logistics and operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
