Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using order lists or scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure correctness.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the correct use of **PPE**.
- Support the efficient flow of **logistics** by meeting productivity goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including frequent **lifting**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity for **lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace **safety** and the proper use of **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** principles.
