You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment within our logistics center. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area and throughout the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those regarding Lifting and product handling.
- Wear appropriate PPE to ensure personal Safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following Safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
