Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C., as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment within our logistics center. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, have a strong attention to detail, and prioritize workplace Safety. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Receive and put away incoming inventory according to established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area and throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those regarding Lifting and product handling.
  • Wear appropriate PPE to ensure personal Safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
  • Perform quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to following Safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
