Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring proper placement and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Properly handle materials, including appropriate Lifting techniques and assistance when necessary.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A strong dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule if required.
