Job Summary:
Nashville, Tennessee, is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics team! Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring proper placement and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Properly handle materials, including appropriate Lifting techniques and assistance when necessary.
  • Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily logistics goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A strong dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule if required.
