Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products move smoothly from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to teamwork. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves continuous movement, lifting, and standing throughout the shift. Experience with warehouse equipment and a basic understanding of inventory control are beneficial. We foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and pallets.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as trained.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
This position requires regular lifting, often up to 50 lbs, and necessitates the use of proper lifting techniques. Your safety is our top priority, and we mandate the use of provided PPE at all times.
