We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. *Duties*
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, dental charts, and radiographs using medical imaging techniques.
* Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans clearly to patients and team members.
* Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
* Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists during four-handed dentistry procedures to optimize efficiency and patient comfort.
* Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness.
* Operate dental equipment such as digital X-ray machines, intraoral cameras, and dental fabrication tools effectively.
* Stay current with advancements in general dentistry practices by participating in ongoing professional development.
*Experience*
* Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or dental office environment is required.
* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in pediatric dentistry, including treating children’s dental needs with patience and care.
* Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics procedures, and oral surgery is essential.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy related to oral structures, infection control standards, and medical documentation practices.
* Ability to perform comprehensive patient care assessments while demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
