About
We’re adding a Senior Data Scientist to our team to help inform the future of Webflow with data by building a deep understanding of how our customers create for the web using our product. You’ll partner directly with key product, engineering, and design stakeholders to identify interesting business questions and provide the data and quantitative analysis to answer them, leading the development of KPIs and helping teams understand how to improve our product. You will also work with our analytics and data engineering partners to mature our data foundations, including data logging, pipelines, as well as high quality source-of-truth tables. Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: $150,100 - $188,100 Zone B: $141,600 - $176,700 Zone C: $132,100 - $165,300 Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada) $171,000 - $213,800 This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience You’ll thrive as a Senior Data Scientist if you: Have 4+ years of experience
in a Data Science (or similar) position Have interest and experience
in mentoring and developing the technical skills of your team members Have demonstrated experience
working as a Data Scientist (or equivalent in quantitative analysis) Have expertise
in applied statistics (e.g. predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, regressions), segmentation and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) Have
proficiency
in SQL, and experience with Python or R Curious
