WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working
reports to: sales operations manager, amazon
Role Purpose To support the Amazon EU team with order entry to achieve sales targets and provide a high customer service level, both internally and externally.
What You’ll Do
Order entry for all Amazon EU territories
Work with Senior Sales Coordinator, Amazon with administrative tasks
Review deadline dates on the order book to ensure Sales Orders are in line with Vendor Central
Work with AVS team to adjust Purchase Orders on Vendor Central
Support the Sales Operations Manager, Amazon with any ad hoc tasks
What You’ll Bring
Passionate about the customer experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages
Amazon experience but not essential
Excellent organisational skills
Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic
The ability to prioritise and work at pace
Attention to detail
Good relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication
