We are a *therapist-owned pediatric private practice* providing speech and occupational therapy across our clinics in *Osage Beach, Rolla, and Waynesville, Missouri*. Our collaborative culture empowers clinicians to grow professionally while delivering exceptional care to children and families.

What You’ll Do
* Evaluate and treat pediatric clients in:
* Speech & language
* Pragmatics & AAC
* Feeding & dysphagia
* Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Deliver engaging therapy sessions for children from *early intervention through school age*
* Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, physicians, and families
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and caregiver
Who You Are
✔ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
✔ Licensed or eligible for licensure through the *Missouri Board of Healing Arts*
✔ CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
✔ At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
✔ Skilled in both structured and play-based therapy
✔ Compassionate, organized, and an excellent communicator
✔ Someone who _genuinely loves playing with children_

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
