Design Coordinator
and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality construction projects. You will act as a bridge between the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and seamless project execution.
Your main tasks:
Manage and coordinate the design process across all phases of construction.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and quality are maintained.
Oversee design deliverables, ensuring that they meet project specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
Facilitate design meetings, review progress, and ensure that design information is communicated accurately.
Resolve design-related issues and proactively manage potential risks.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to design progress.
Manage Viewpoint and any trackers required.
Ensure the consultant team have the relevant information the site in a timely manner.
Assist the Design Manager / Senior Design Manager in managing the consultant information release schedule / programme through the project.
