About
The Salesforce Developer will play a key role within a cross-functional Agile team, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, the role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce capabilities that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience across the business. Key responsibilities
Customisation & Development Designing, developing, and maintaining declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex. Integrations Delivering complex integrations with external systems, APIs, and web services. Working closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements and user insights into effective technical solutions. Identifying and implementing enhancements to optimise system performance, scalability, and overall user experience. Required skills & experience
(Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications preferred, though strong real-world experience will also be considered) Strong experience with: Lightning Web Components, including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, connected apps, outbound messaging) A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery and performance Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment An innovative mindset, with interest in AI and automation across Salesforce and other platforms Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II advantageous) Experience working with AI models within Salesforce or other platforms Experience using SFDX / SF CLI (v2) and Git for source control Flexible working arrangements 25 days annual leave, plus additional days with length of service Volunteering day and Digital Detox day Business closure between Christmas and New Year Cycle to Work and electric car schemes Free Calm app membership Enhanced parental leave and fertility treatment financial support Private medical insurance and group income protection On-site gym in London or subsidised gym membership in regional offices
