About
The Minnesota Masonic Children’s Clinic for Communication Disorders is pleased to invite applications for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our highly collaborative, child-centered clinical team.
Founded on the belief that every child deserves access to exceptional care, the Clinic is proud to be the first and only program in Minnesota to offer comprehensive, state-of-the-art speech-language and hearing services to children and families at no charge. For decades, we have been a trusted resource for families across the state, combining clinical excellence, innovation, and compassion in everything we do.
Our Speech-Language Pathologists provide comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment for children from birth through age nine. Clinical services address a broad range of communication needs, including early language development, speech sound disorders, social communication, feeding and swallowing, voice, and fluency. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and delivered in a supportive, play-based environment that emphasizes functional communication and family engagement.
SLPs work closely with parents and caregivers as active partners in therapy, empowering families with strategies that extend learning beyond the clinic and into everyday life. Collaboration with audiology and interdisciplinary team members is a core part of our model, ensuring holistic, child-focused care.
