No Experience Regional CDL Class A

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable CDL-A regional drivers located in Pasco, WA to haul consistent freight with strong weekly mileage and reliable compensation. This role provides a stable operating schedule, modern assigned equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial tractors safely across regional lanes
• Transport and deliver freight on schedule with accuracy and professionalism
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Maintain precise HOS logs, delivery records, and trip documentation
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding scheduling, delays, or concerns
• Protect equipment, follow safety protocols, and support company service standards

Compensation & Position Benefits

• Weekly Earnings: $1,300.00 – $1,400.00 average range
• Miles: 2,500 – 3,000+ miles per week
• Equipment: Assigned 2023–2025 Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission
• Pay Cycle: Weekly direct deposit
• Extra Pay: Detention, layover, and stop pay
• Incentives: Safety & performance bonuses

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must meet all DOT safety and qualification criteria
• Recent CDL graduates are welcome to apply
