Millennium Luxury Coaches is looking to add an experienced, highly motivated, detail oriented and responsible member to join our team. The right candidate will manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service. The sales representative continuously sources new customers, helps customers find and design their dream motorcoach to ensure a smooth sales process from the start to the finish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Effectively communicate our values, product vision and capabilities to potential customers
· Maintains accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options and continually source new sales opportunities including making cold calls
· Maintains and expands database of prospects
· Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
· Previous experience in a customer facing role required
· Ability to learn new software and computer systems.
· Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills required with strong attention to detail
· Ability to close the sale
· Understand our products, our market competition, and how to position our products to overcome these factors
· Manage displays, samples and selling tools for customer availability
· Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company's delivery schedules
· Utilize any and all marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures, and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company product research
· Anaylze customer needs and demands based on market information
