Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead
  end-to-end program delivery
  , Local , and Monetization workstreams.
• Build, track, and manage
  project plans, Budget, schedules, and roadmaps
  .
• Maintain and update
  RAID logs
  (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Manage
  E2E workflows
  involving engineering teams, product managers, design, data, and business stakeholders,
  Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as a connector between
  Engineering and Product
  , ensuring clarity on tasks, blockers, technical considerations, and timelines.
• Provide clear, concise, and professional
  status updates
  to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Software Engineering or technical background
  (software, systems, or equivalent technical understanding).
• 5+ years of
  technical program management
  or project management experience.
• Strong ability to
  learn quickly
  , understand technical concepts, and ask the right questions.
• Proven experience managing
  complex cross-functional programs
  end-to-end.
• Excellent
  communication skills
  —written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing.
• Strong skills in:
• Timeline tracking
• RAID log management
• Program documentation
• Status reporting
• Experience interacting directly with
  engineering teams
  and
  product managers
  .
• High-level understanding of the
  SDLC
  and experience working with engineering teams in agile environments.
