Host

In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to guests and support service operations to include:

• Greet the guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner.
• Seat guests according to the reservation system and communicate any important guest notes to the server and manager.
• Learn the food and beverage menus in order to answer guest questions.
• Assist in ensuring all glassware and utensils are polished and stocked throughout the shift
• Successfully accomplish all pre and post shift sidework, including running side work to help ensure a smooth service
• Attend staff meetings to review and discuss information regarding updates and changes.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience is ideal. Experience with reservation systems a definite plus. Professional appearance and demeanor are a must. Maintaining a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, aligned with Jolie's specific brand standards, is required. At least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk during entire shift. Ability to reach, bend, climb steps, and stoop. Ability to lift and carry trays and items up to 30 lbs.

Schedule & Pay

4:00pm-10:30pm (out time varies based on daily business).

$18/hour starting rate.
