About

Audubon is currently seeking General Manager to join our team in our Canonsburg, PA office.  The General Manager will be Responsible for the overall management of staff, business unit, operating budgets/expenditures, and/or associated project financials and business development

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate overall strategy for business unit growth and development.
  • Planning, coordinating, & strategy associated with hiring, training, and development of staff.
  • Foster and develop customer/client relationships.
  • Generating and/or approving project proposals.
  • Management of overall business unit financial accountability.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
  • Ensure optimal levels of business unit productivity and financial project status.
  • Prepare various recurring reports for upper management review/meetings.
  • Execute strategies aligned with company objectives including growth, resource allocation, and workshare.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning and delivery with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget while managing change and client expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety, and quality control standards.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience preferred
  • Large multi-discipline project lead experience preferred
  • Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal
  • Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work related problems
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and request clarification as necessary
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing
  • Ability to organize and direct a project to completion
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
