Production Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our factory, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on safety, mechanical skills, and teamwork. Prior experience with warehouse operations, assembly lines, or using hand and power tools is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications
• Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of machinery as needed
• Utilize forklift and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely within the facility
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to maintain product standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Support inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a plus
• Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is highly desirable
• Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling equipment is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively on an assembly line in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures

This position requires candidates to be reliable team players with a proactive attitude toward safety and productivity. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience will be advantageous in performing the duties effectively.

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 per week
