Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Smart Grid and EV Charging projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications.
• Utilize project scheduling tools to monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Review technical drawings including schematics and Civil 3D models to facilitate accurate construction workflows.
• Manage procurement processes by preparing estimates with construction estimating tools and reviewing contracts for scope clarity.
• Ensure quality control through regular site inspections, blueprint reading, and adherence to construction management protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports on progress, incidents, change orders, and compliance records.
• Foster effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and timely problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale Smart Grid or EV Charging infrastructure projects within the energy or utility sector.
• Strong background in construction management with hands-on site experience in electrical or civil construction environments.
• Expertise in project management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil design software like Civil 3D is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively while managing project schedules and budgets.
• Knowledge of contracts administration and construction estimating processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards.
