Front Desk Receptionist

Foot and Ankle Associates of North Texas (FAANT) is looking for Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Grapevine, TX. As a front desk receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients during their visit and helping to ensure a smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Complete the appointment check-in process with patients, ensuring all required documents are completed and scanned into the patient chart.
• Assist in answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Call patients to confirm appointments.
• Assist in patient recall projects and schedule appointments from incoming referrals.
• Provide patients an explanation of their insurance coverage before their visit.
• Ensure the check-in desk and lobby are clean and presentable.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients, physicians, and team members.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced clinic.
• Familiarity with medical insurance and electronic medical records is preferred.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
