Job Summary:

The Technology Program Management team is a service provider to Crosby Company of New Hampshire (CCNH) and its business partners. Team members have a broad understanding of subject areas throughout the business, maintain strong relationships with key business constituents, and strive to be seen as having the right mix of experience, project / program management skills, and the ability to flex between a strategic and tactical mindset.

The Data Strategy Program Manager works with our business partners and other IT team members to plan, develop, and deliver on CCNH's key technology strategic data strategy initiatives. In 2026, the scope for this engagement includes (1) augmenting program management capacity to deliver the data strategy implementation; (2) support new finance transformation related planning activities; and (3) assist with additional 2026 project work.

Data Strategy Program Manager plays a key role in the transformation of CCNH technology legacy platforms by partnering with a cross-company project team consistent of business leaders, implementation partners, vendor partners, and executive sponsors to deliver platforms, data, and tools that meet business requirements while supporting business process change activities across multiple workstreams.

POSITION DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Demonstrate best practices critical to the successful delivery of large and complex programs – relationship building, partnership, executive presence, strong organizational skills, communications – written / verbal / social, active listening, change management, flexibility, ability to work in the gray, and commitment to team success.
  • Drive end to end delivery of technology toolset across multiple phases – Phase 1 – Requirements and Fact Finding; Phase 2 – Solution Design and Configuration; Phase 3 – System Testing, User Acceptance and Pilot; and Phase 4 – Parallel Processing, Stabilization, and Training.
  • Scope of technology capabilities includes (but is not limited to) system integrations, historical data migration, data delivery and reporting, and system configurations.
  • Assist in coordinating flow of information (meetings, presentations, documentation) to CCNH technology leadership, business leaders, implementation partners, vendor partners, and executive sponsors according to established program structure.
  • Address business challenges with technology by applying knowledge of IT technologies and capabilities. Align business process review with system workflow configuration. Identify and recommend process improvements where appropriate. These improvements may be automated or manual in nature.
  • Produce detailed test plans, test strategies, test scripts, test conditions in partnership with business, vendor, and implementation partners.
  • Assist in the overall adherence to external and internal policies, regulations, and procedures by assisting with the development of automated, systematically controlled processing as well as monitoring mechanisms and reporting tools for management.
  • Coordinate and/or provide training of all affected personnel for any system changes implemented. This may include creating documented training materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years prior experience required, including business analysis, project management, data transformation initiatives, and program management.
  • Program or Project management experience with delivery of enterprise data solutions and/or platforms – Data Warehouse Delivery, Cloud Platforms, SaaS Implementation expertise preferred.
  • Thought leader with the ability to influence delivery and change management activities.
  • Ability to create a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork, mutual respect, creativity, innovation, and learning.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical, and non-technical team members alike.
  • Strong collaboration skills. Proficient in requirements elicitation and prioritization.
  • Proven expertise in acting as the liaison between the business and the development/delivery team.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, identify solutions, and provide clear guidance to team members and business partners.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
